The Project Work on the entire project includes, but is not limited to,
demolition of existing surface improvements in alley ways; full
reconstruction of alley ways: paving, gutters, catch basins and storm
drain laterals; replacement of existing sewer and water lines in alley
ways; upgrading of existing sewer lines and water lines in Third Street
and Santa Fe Street; installation of storm drain collection system for
the downtown area.
The improvements are being funded by the Riverbank Redevelopment Agency.
